In the episode, Michael spoke on the difficulties that would arise if Boston’s market were to experience a real estate meltdown. Michael said, “I’m not anticipating a meltdown, per se. A lot of landlords and building owners have been making adjustments to the current environment… If there is a meltdown, real estate is all about relationships, and making sure that you have enough capital to sustain.”
