Nutter Congratulates the National Women’s Hockey League on Awarding Isobel Cup in March 2021
Print PDFNutter would like to wish good luck to all players in the National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL) competing for the 2021 Isobel Cup in Brighton, MA. The Isobel Cup Playoffs will be held at the Warrior Ice Arena, home of the Boston Bruins training facility and home ice for the NWHL’s Boston Pride. The top-seeded Toronto Six will play the Boston Pride, with the Minnesota Whitecaps subsequently facing the Connecticut Whale, in the semifinals on March 26. The winners will compete for the Isobel Cup on March 27.
The games will be broadcast live on NBC Sports Network, and Twitch will stream the international coverage.
Nutter represented the NWHL in connection with its preparation of the NWHL 2021 Season in Lake Placid, including securing a broadcast agreement with NBC Sports. Nutter also represented the NWHL in connection with its reorganization to an unincorporated association and new governance model, resulting in the original six NWHL member clubs being subject to the terms of the NWHL Constitution and Bylaws with each of the member clubs being represented on the NWHL Board of Governors.
