Nutter Expands Corporate and Transactions Department With Addition of Mark J. Tarallo as Partner
Print PDFNutter announced today that Mark J. Tarallo has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate and Transactions Department. Tarallo represents clients in a broad array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private equity transactions, and securities offerings. Tarallo has extensive experience advising private funds and investment advisers in connection with regulatory and securities matters.

Tarallo has written and presented extensively on a variety of securities and corporate law topics. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Boston Bar Association. Prior to joining Nutter, Tarallo was a partner in the Boston office of a New England law firm. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from New England School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College.
