Nutter Represents Fisher International, Inc. in its Acquisition by Battery Ventures

Nutter served as sole legal advisor to Fisher International, Inc., a firm supporting the pulp and paper industry with business intelligence and strategy consulting services, in its acquisition by Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm.

The Nutter team was led by Michael Krebs and Jonathan Calla. Other key contributors included Kelly Dutremble and Kate Henry from the Corporate Department, Michael Mooney, Erin Whitney and Laura Marsell from the Tax Department, and David Rubin, Crescent Moran Chasteen and Emily Grannon Fox from the Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group. In addition, David Powsner provided support on certain intellectual property matters.

Fisher International will continue to operate individually as the transition is planned and implemented. Fisher International supports the pulp and paper industry with business intelligence and strategy consulting services.
