Shustack advises companies in the alcohol beverage industry on federal and state regulations, trade practices, commercial agreements, and distribution matters. She joins Nutter from McDermott, where she was a partner in the Alcohol Regulatory & Distribution group. Shustack will be resident in Nutter’s New York office.

Shustack also oversees commercial agreements in connection with machinery, capital equipment, ingredients, packaging, and goods and services to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations on the production of alcoholic beverages. She frequently writes about compliance and other alcohol beverage regulatory matters.
“Nichole combines a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with savvy business acumen to help her clients navigate the complex and heavily regulated alcohol beverage industry and grow their businesses,” said Matthew Doring, chair of Nutter’s Corporate Department. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our Food and Beverage team.”
