Mark Tarallo, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department, was a featured guest on the Radio Entrepreneurs podcast. In the segment, “What to Expect in M&A in 2024”, Mark weighed in on the state of the mergers and acquisitions market going into the new year. Mark said that in order to ensure a smooth sale process, potential sellers should start the process well in advance and do some self-diligence to ensure that their numbers stand up to scrutiny. He pointed out that buyers do not want to buy a headache, and sellers should take steps to address problems before the buyer identifies them.
