Sarah Kelly, member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar defense practice group, published “Honest Services Fraud: The Trial Court’s Turn” in On Remand, the online publication of The New England Law Review, in Volume 46/Issue Four on June 2. The article discusses the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision in Skilling v. United States and whether the decision, or even Congress’ subsequent failure to act, has any real effect on prosecutor’s efforts to fight public corruption.
