David Rubin, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and member of the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, authored an article that addresses issues and questions that have arisen from Massachusetts’ new Noncompetition Agreement Act in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
