Melissa Sampson McMorrow, chair of Nutter’s Tax Department and co-chair of the firm’s Nonprofit and Social Impact practice group, and Mike Scott, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, wrote an article that addressed how Opportunity Zones are generating a high degree of interest among investors, developers, government officials, and community development organizations in Banker & Tradesman.
