Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry and A.J. Santaniello, associates in the Corporate and Transactions Department, wrote an article on fintech partnerships in Banker & Tradesman. In the article, “Fed Outlines Banks’ Best Practices for Fintech Partnerships,” the authors addressed regulators providing uniform guidance to banks as to best practices when conducting due diligence and entering prospective business relationships with fintech companies and other significant third-party providers.
