Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry, an associate in the Corporate and Transactions Department, wrote an article for Banker & Tradesman titled, “Climate Change Moves Up as a Financial Stability, Supervisory Risk.” In the piece, the authors discuss how policymakers are increasingly voicing concern that climate change is a potential systemic risk and safety and soundness issue.
