Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry, an associate in the Corporate and Transactions Department, wrote an article for Banker & Tradesman outlining the potential benefits and pitfalls which come with cryptocurrency.
