Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry, an associate in the Corporate and Transactions Department, penned an article about the financial services sector amid COVID-19 in Banker & Tradesman. In the article, “Do Banks Face a COVID-19 Reckoning Ahead?”, the authors explored how the challenge for policymakers, regulators, and bankers is to prevent a prolonged pandemic-induced downturn from becoming a widespread banking crisis.
