Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and a co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, and Kate Henry and A.J. Santaniello, associates in the Corporate and Transactions Department, penned an article on developments in stablecoin regulation in Banker & Tradesman. In the article, “Federal Regulators Adopt Proactive Stance Towards Stablecoins,” the authors discussed how the U.S. federal bank regulatory agencies are creating a decidedly proactive, risk-based approach with respect to the growth of cryptocurrency and other digital assets in the U.S. economy.
