Ken Berman Authors ‘The Relativity of Legal Ethics’ in Litigation Journal

In the summer 2021 Litigation Journal, the American Bar Association published Nutter Partner Ken Berman’s article: “The Relativity of Legal Ethics.” In the piece, Ken explores why different lawyers have different opinions about the ethical limits and requirements of their conduct and why there is wide divergence of opinion on basic ethics issues across the profession, across different professions, and across different countries.
Ken is a regular columnist for Litigation Journal. His columns appear under the banner “On Reconsideration.” Ken co-chairs Nutter’s Business Litigation Practice Group.
