Mike Krebs and Kate Henry, a partner and associate, respectively, in the Corporate and Transactions Department, wrote an article about the House of Representatives’ Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis report that detailed widespread fraud by various financial technology companies throughout the Paycheck Protection Program in Banker & Tradesman. In the article, “Congress Condemns PPP Fintechs for Fraud and Mismanagement,” the authors analyzed the report’s recommendations to mitigate the damage caused by the misuse of the PPP program.
