Ben Stern and Anuj Khetarpal, a partner and associate, respectively, in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group, analyzed how the Supreme Court did not address the broader questions of copyrightability of computer software in Google LLC v. Oracle America Inc. in Law360.
