Nikki Marie Oliveira, an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department, will present at the Boston Bar Association’s event “Practicing with Professionalism.” This program is exclusively offered to new attorneys admitted to the Massachusetts Bar by examination or by rule on or after September 1, 2013. In accordance with Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:16, these attorneys must attend a one-day, in-person mandatory Practicing with Professionalism Course within 18 months of admission.
