Kate Henry and Elizabeth Myers, associates in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department, will be featured speakers at MCLE's event, "Drafting Incorporation Documents," on July 16, 2021. The seminar will focus on corporate formation and governance documents. Most businesses operate through a corporate structure.
