Nutter Represents Agrify Corporation in its Acquisition of TriGrow Systems Inc.

Nutter served as legal counsel to Agrify Corporation, a developer of premium indoor grow solutions, in connection with its acquisition of TriGrow Systems, Inc. The legal team was led by Josh French in the Corporate and Transactions Department, and included Kelly Dutremble and Ellie Myers on corporate matters and Liza Hadley on intellectual property matters.

Agrify is a rapidly growing developer of premium indoor grow solutions for the cannabis and hemp marketplace. TriGrow is backed by leading cannabis industry venture funds, including Poseidon Asset Management and Arcadian Funds, and is currently the distributor of Agrify’s fully automated, micro-climate, precision-controlled vertical farming unit (VFU) solution to indoor cannabis cultivators. The deal bolsters Agrify’s distribution and branding capabilities, creating a powerful, one-stop shop for growers.
