David Rubin Named a 2025 Go To Employment Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

This honor recognizes top lawyers across Massachusetts who are considered leaders in their field. The featured attorneys were nominated by colleagues and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly.
The special supplement noted how David “provides clients with successful strategies to address an extraordinary range of legal matters.” He has defended employers against claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, pension matters and a variety of other actions before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. David advises clients from a broad array of industries, ranging from institutional nonprofits in health care, arts and social services to corporations in the life sciences, financial services, entertainment, technology, and manufacturing sectors.
The article also discussed how David won a landmark ruling in Hu v. PTC, Inc., a 2019 case before the Administrative Review Board (ARB) of the U.S. Department of Labor. The Hu case has provided much-needed clarity and certainty for U.S. employers with overseas operations.
