Mentoring Program

Nutter thrives on close working relationships among its partners, associates and staff. Every associate has a mentor, but a single mentoring program does not meet everyone’s needs. In response, Nutter has developed tailored mentoring circles to help attorneys support one another. 

Mentoring opportunities at Nutter include:

• Diverse Associate Mentoring Circle with the option of one-on-one career and management coaching with independent experts.
• Women’s Mentoring Circle focused on professional and business development.
• Nutter Parents is a group designed to support and encourage parents.

Attorneys at Nutter also participate in community initiatives that help them grow personally and professionally, including:

• Women’s Leadership Initiative – Women’s Bar Association
• Public Interest Leadership Program – Boston Bar Association
• Boston’s Future Leaders Program – Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce
